Rules

All players, staff, and moderators are to be treated with respect at all times.

Harassment, toxic behavior, and personal attacks will not be tolerated.

The use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited.

Guitar / instruments automation scripts are permitted provided they do not offer any gameplay advantage or interfere with server performance.

Exploiting bugs or glitches that provide an unfair advantage is not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, clipping through terrain or accessing unintended areas of the map.

Threatening or attempting to disrupt server or player connections through DDoS or similar means will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting any player's personal information — including real names, addresses, or other identifying details — is strictly forbidden.

Circumventing an active ban by using an alternate account is not permitted and will result in a ban on that account, typically of greater duration.

Playing alongside a player who is actively evading a ban is also prohibited.

Initiating a chargeback on any store purchase will result in a permanent ban across all ESMP servers.

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact support before taking any action.

Selling, purchasing, or trading in-game kits or store packages for real-world currency is not permitted.

Players with a history of cheating may not be eligible to play on our servers.

Players with more than one game ban on record are permanently ineligible, regardless of when the bans were issued.

This is in line with the Facepunch Ban Second Chances policy.

Knowingly teaming, raiding, or otherwise cooperating with a player who is evading an active ban on an alternate account is not permitted.

If you are aware that a player is ban evading and continue to associate with them, you may also be subject to a ban.

All public chat must be conducted in English.

Private messages may be sent in any language.

Spamming the chat — including repeated messages, excessive symbols, or prolonged use of capital letters — is not permitted.

Violations may result in a temporary mute or ban, depending on severity.
